Password Help

Forgetting your password is frustrating. This article will make iot easy for you to reset your password quickly and easily.

First, identify which of our platforms you need to log in to. As of early 2026, we began migrating to a new course platform. Eventually everyone will be on the new platform, but chances are that if you enrolled in the course prior to March 2026 youa re on our original platform, and if you enrolled after that, you're likely on the new oplatform.

You can check your welcome emails from after the purchase to be sure. Instructions for resetting your password vary from site to site so be sure to follow the instructions for the correct site below

New Platform. 

Go to https://school.soilfoodweb.com/

Select "Sign In" from the top navigation menu

Select "Forgot Password (as seen in the image)

 

 

Enter the same email you originally registered with (as seen in the Image) 

 

 

You will see a message like this explaining that an email was sent to you with the next steps. GO CHECK YOUR EMAIL WITHIN ONE HOUR.

 

Log in to the inbox for the email you entered into the forgotten password form and search for something from "Thinkific" sent from this email address: noreply@noreply.thinkific.com

The email will contain 2 links. Use the first one (GREEN ARROW) If you checked for the email within an hour after entering your email to reset your password. 

If you by chance do not get to it until later, you can simply select the second link (RED ARROW) to request a new email with a new reset password link to be sent. Be sure to check for it before one hour passes. 

 

When clicking the link to "Change my passwords," it will direct you to a site. with a form that looks like this where you can select a new password. Enter your new password twice. 

There, now your password is reset! Be sure to note it somewhere safe so you do not forget it again.
